Yes. The experiences are designed for the traveller, couple, family or group making the booking, with no need to share the itinerary with other people. If you require a specific arrangement, please mention it when requesting your proposal.
Our offering includes routes through different regions of Spain, Portugal and other European destinations. Available experiences include city tours, coastal routes, historical heritage, wine tourism, Paradores and the Camino de Santiago. Other destinations can also be considered upon request.
When preparing your proposal, you can indicate the language you require. Bookroad Tours will confirm the availability of guides and professionals in that language for your selected dates and destinations.

First, we gather your dates, destinations, number of travellers, interests and preferences. Based on this information, the team designs a personalised proposal and refines it with you before confirming the booking.

The earlier you enquire, the more options there will be for booking guides, accommodation, vehicles and special experiences. During high season or for groups, it is advisable to contact us further in advance. Last-minute requests can also be considered, subject to availability.
Services and inclusions
Depending on the itinerary, the proposal may include private transport, a chauffeur, a local guide, visits, admission tickets, activities, accommodation or other services. The quotation will clearly detail what is included and what is not.
Flights are only included when expressly stated in the proposal. If you have already booked your flights, Bookroad Tours can design the itinerary around your arrival and departure times.
Yes, when agreed as part of the service. You can specify your preferred accommodation category, location, style and requirements so they can be incorporated into the proposal.
It depends on each journey. Admission tickets, meals, tastings and activities are only considered included when expressly stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
A guide can be booked for specific visits or for several stages of the journey. The arrangement is adapted to the itinerary and specified in the proposal. The chauffeur and guide may be different professionals.
